That means growing our donor base first, strengthening our operations, deepening our programs, and only then opening our doors to more children. This is the responsible path — and it is the only one we will take.

Purpose-Built Facility
A permanent, purpose-built home for Mercy Institute — with proper classrooms, a library, a Quran study hall, sleeping quarters, a kitchen, and outdoor recreation space. A place the children can truly call home.
Expanded Teaching Staff
As enrollment grows, so must our team. We plan to bring on additional qualified teachers, Quran instructors, a counsellor, and support staff who are as dedicated to our children as our founding team.
Digital Literacy Program
A structured computer and digital literacy curriculum that equips children with the skills the modern economy demands — ensuring Mercy Institute graduates are competitive not just locally but globally.
Girls' Program
A dedicated, safe, and empowering program for orphaned girls — with female educators, tailored life-skills training, and a protected environment that honours their dignity and unlocks their potential.
