Looking Ahead

Our Vision for
the Years Ahead

We are only at the beginning. What Mercy Institute is today is just the foundation of what it will become — and every child we help is proof that this vision is possible.

The Long View

Gradual, Deliberate,
Uncompromising Growth

Mercy Institute was founded with a clear principle: quality before quantity. We will never sacrifice the standard of care or education a child receives in order to grow faster. Every expansion we make will only happen once we are certain that we can sustain it properly.

That means growing our donor base first, strengthening our operations, deepening our programs, and only then opening our doors to more children. This is the responsible path — and it is the only one we will take.

We believe that within the next several years, Mercy Institute can become a model for orphan care in rural Bangladesh — proving that with the right investment, the right people, and the right approach, profound change is possible.
